Features:

A plastic film washing line is a machine used to recycle plastic films or soft plastic materials such as plastic film and bags. The machine operates by first shredding the plastic film into small pieces and then washing and cleaning it using various processes.
The first stage of the washing line involves removing any contaminants from the plastic film, such as dirt, debris, or paper. The plastic film is then fed through a series of friction washers, which use high-pressure water to remove any remaining contaminants.
After the washing process, the plastic film is dried using centrifugal dryers or squeeze dryers to remove any excess water. The dried plastic scraps is then transported through an hot air dryer for reuse in the production of new plastic products. The entire process is automated and designed to be environmentally friendly, reducing the amount of waste plastic that ends up in landfills.
